The “Jurassic Shoreline Collection” captures the beauty of walking on the beach between Charmouth and Lyme Regis in Dorset, through an edgy and abstract lens, capturing the essence of discovery and innovation.
At low tide the walk reveals its secrets, the beach transforms into a playground of unconventional shapes, daring lines, and bold colors. Each artwork in this collection is a fusion of nature’s raw beauty and my vison, offering a fresh perspective to the hidden treasures found along the shoreline.

Bubbles dance atop a rockpool, reflecting fleeting moments of light. Lichen swirls around, while a rugged rockpool beckons exploration. This piece encapsulates is my abstract take on the raw beauty of the Jurassic coast, offering a glimpse into nature’s form and colour.

Finding treasures on the beach comes in all forms, as you may see hidden in this piece which takes inspiration from an old copper water tank cylinder that I found lying washed up on the shore on one of my many beach walks.

Seaweed bubbles mirror the sky’s embrace, while lichen clings to stones, changing from greens to golden yellows with the day’s passage. As the tide recedes the green mossy stones expose a slippery in texture testament to nature’s magic. With the sun’s touch, the moss transforms into a radiant yellow, casting a warm glow upon pebbles and sand alike.

The focus of this piece is the edge of a drain cover. Weathered by time and shaped by relentless storms, its presence tells a tale of resilience, a survivor against the elements. Discarded by most as trash the drain cover ads intrigue and curiosity to this piece that only those who know, know.
